Recently, the national development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of environmental protection, the National Energy Board jointly issued the coal-electricity energy-saving upgrades and renovation plan of action, on the coal industry to fully implement "economical, clean and safe" approach, accelerate the upgrading and transformation of the energy strategy, enhance the level of high efficiency clean development work to make specific deployment. In the implementation of more stringent energy efficiency standards under the premise, and by 2020, the share of coal in primary energy consumption to drop below 62%, coal consumption in thermal coal accounted for above 60%.


Coal was the plan clearly the guiding ideology of transformation of electrical energy-saving upgrades and operational objectives, and strengthen the new unit access control, accelerate active upgrade, uplift load rate and operation quality, promote technological innovation and application integration, and improve related policies and measures, controlling tasks implemented and refined in terms of drawing up 30 goals and tasks.
