On September 21, 2014, the China enterprises Federation and China entrepreneurs Association, the China Enterprise Management Science Foundation have jointly issued the 2013 the energy situation report. From this survey, in 2013, the majority of enterprises in China's progress in energy saving and emission reduction work well, enterprises in the "Twelve-Five" period more emphasis on energy conservation and emissions reduction, universal input was larger than the "Eleven-Five" period, more enterprises have established specialized working bodies of energy saving and improve the relevant rules and regulations, emphasize the use of technology, management and policies of an integrated approach to carry out energy conservation and emission reduction. First, most of the enterprises, or exceeding plan progress
